| 植民地期朝鮮における親族・相続に関する事項は、1912年の朝鮮民事令第11条が「朝鮮人ノ親族及相続ニ関シテハ別段ノ規定アルモノヲ除クノ外第一条ノ法律ニ依ラス慣習ニ依ル」1 と規定したことから、その法源を「慣習」2 に求めることとなった。ここにいう「慣習」の認定に大きく関与した朝鮮高等法院の判断に対する歴史植民地期朝鮮における親族・相続に関する事項は、1912年の朝鮮民事令第11条が「朝鮮人ノ親族及相続ニ関シテハ別段ノ規定アルモノヲ除クノ外第一条ノ法律ニ依ラス慣習ニ依ル」1 と規定したことから、その法源を「慣習」2 に求めることとなった。ここにいう「慣習」の認定に大きく関与した朝鮮高等法院の判断に対する歴史的・法学的評価は、これまでさまざまな分野で蓄積されてきた 3。しかしいずれも、究極的には直接的・間接的に朝鮮総督府の《同化政策》に資するような判決内容であったと結論づけられており 4、さらにこのような見解 の傾向は、祭祀をめぐる「慣習」評価では、より一層顕著に見られる。詳細は本論に譲るが、朝鮮では伝統的に「祭祀」に関する権限が相続の中核的内容と観念され、実際に植民地初期には、朝鮮高等法院でも祭祀の承継が法的な権利承継として認められていた（――註13参照）。ところが内地が本格的に戦時体制に入り、外地である朝鮮にも戦時色が濃厚になり始めたのと時を同じくして、朝鮮の祭祀承継は「道義上ノ地位」の承継と看做されるに至った。従来、この祭祀承継の法的性格を否定するに至る朝鮮高等法院判決の変遷は、朝鮮の伝統社会が維持してきた宗族制を日本的な「家」秩序と襲合させたもっとも代表的な《同化政策》のひとつとして位置づけられてきたのである 5。 |

| Common arthropod vectors for trypanosomes are flies, fleas and bugs. This study reports on an unknown trypanosome species isolated from naturally infected Haemaphysalis hystricis ticks, hereby, referred to as Trypanosoma KG1 isolate. The parasite has been successfully cultured in vitro with L929 or HEK 293T cell line as feeder cells. This trypanosome cannot survive in vitro without feeder cells. Following experimental infections of ticks, the trypomastigote-like and the epimastigote-like forms of this trypanosome could be detected by Giemsa-stained smears of the midgut and salivary glands of Ornithodoros moubata ticks which were made to feed on a culturing medium containing Trypanosoma KG1 isolate through an artificial membrane. | Two hundred and three (203) blood samples were collected from randomly selected herd comprising; cattle, 68 (33.5%), sheep 57 (28.1%), goats 16 (7.9%), donkey, 3 (1.5%) and pigs 59 (29.1%) respectively. The blood samples were collected from animals and examined in seven villages from two districts (Filiya and Lapan) of Shongom Local Government Area. These total numbers of 203 comprises 47 (23.2%) males and 156 (76.8%) females. From the males, 15 (31.9%) were cattle, 11 (23.4%) sheep, 5 (10.6%) goats, 0 (0.0%) donkey and 16 (34.0%) boar while the females consist of 53 (34.0%) cattle, 46 (29.5%) sheep, 11 (7.1%) goats, 3 (1.9%) donkeys and 43 (27.6%) sow. | 本研究では,十勝地域の農耕地,とくに普通畑土壌における化学肥料の施用や堆肥の連用などの肥培管理が土壌へのリン酸の蓄積量と形態に及ぼす影響を明らかにすることを目的とした.そのために,化学肥料および堆肥を25年間連用した長期有機物連用圃場において採取した試料を用い,全リン酸含量および形態別リン酸含量を調べ,谷ら(2010)の結果に基づいて作土層における正味のリン酸蓄積量を推定した.また,同圃場における25年間にわたるリン酸の投入量と持出量からリン酸収支を算出し,上記の正味のリン酸蓄積量と比較した. |

| This study was to investigate the localization and distribution of eosinophils (EOS) in the bovine oviduct throughout the estrous cycle. Histological studies revealed more abundant EOS in the infundibula of the oviducts ipsilateral to the preovulatory dominant follicle and the ovulated ovary. The number of EOS was higher in the infundibula of the oviducts ipsilateral to the ovulated ovary than those of the oviducts contralateral to the ovulated ovary. The infundibula of the oviducts ipsilateral to the preovulatory dominant follicle had higher number of EOS than those of the oviducts ipsilateral to the mid-cycle corpus luteum.
